We work with a large network of factories in China. We have a wide range of products which is expanding all the time. Currently we can source more than 4000 products from 10000 different manufacturers. However, if you are interested in a particular product that is not in our range, we are happy to find it for you free of charge. Simply send us a picture and description. We always carefully check each supplier.
Our client can give us their target price and we can continue to negotiate it with the factory. The larger the quantity the greater the chance for a lower price. If there is a cheaper product available from a different manufacturer, we will source it from them. We always achieve the best possible prices for our clients.
We take payment in USD and transfer money to each factory in RMB. That allows us to achieve the best prices even in small local factories.
We work with many regular clients who typically order substantial quantities. That allows us to get the best prices and keep a good relationship with our factories, so we can offer the price that is not available for a single customer.
At this stage there are two invoices. First for the products EXW price, second for our comission.

The price of our service includes the costs of product labeling and instructions which are legally required. We take care of everything for you, ensuring that all the products are in accordance with British norms and standards. For some of the products from our range there is a possibility of manufacturing them with your own brand logos, packaging etc. The client’s bar code can be placed on a sticker.

We order goods directly from Chinese factories, arrange transportation within China and consolidate all products in our modern and safe warehouse in Yiwu. Our employees monitor the whole process of moving products from factories to the warehouse. Our representative in China receives goods into the warehouse making sure that the quantity is correct. That minimizes the risk of problems. You can choose up to 60 products in each container.

We organize delivery of the container to the warehouse. Our representative in Yiwu again makes sure that all the products are loaded into the container. We arrange transport of the container to the port of Ningbo. We prepare all export documents and arrange the products’ HS code classification for export. We always keep a video record of the loading of the containers which we can forward to our client.

We identify the least expensive sea freight to the UK. The shipowner provides a link with ETA (estimated time of arrival).

We prepare all documents for import clearance and arrange the products’ HS code classification for import. We arrange a customs agent in your country and ensure that the process goes smoothly.

We arrange container transport by lorry from a port to your designated place. We work with a logistics company which provides the most economical transportation quotes. All port costs such as container unloading from the vessel, loading on the lorry and lorry transport to the designated place are on us.
